What is coaching?

Coaching is a conversation that inspires and empowers you to create the best life for yourself.

No matter what situation you are in, coaching can enable you to transform your challenges into opportunities for growth. Coaching can empower you to make conscious choices that resonate with who you truly are and bring changes that make your life more fulfilling.


One of the most important distinguishing factors between therapists and coaches is that therapists are trained to help people who are facing mental illnesses, and coaches are not.

In a broader sense, coaching is more focused on helping you achieve your present & future goals, while therapy tends to have a bigger focus of healing from the past. 

What happens in a coaching session?

The coaching sessions are creating a safe space for you to fully experience and explore your situation freely. By asking powerful questions that spark deep reflection on who you truly are, what really matters to you and what you need to do next.

We will be aiming for a transformation of your limiting beliefs about what is possible in your world to turn them into commitments and actions that will enable you to live the life that is in agreement with your values and your life purpose.

Will coaching work for me?

Coaching is no miracle fix to all your problem. And just like with a lot of other things often times you will only get out of it what you put in. As a coach I will be here to guide you on the journey of self-discovery.

Am I the right coach for you?

How many coaching sessions do I need? How often do we meet?

There is "one size fits all" answer to this question, however, to achieve the desired results I recommend my clients to book at least 6 sessions to gain momentum. Results will be unique from person to person and there is always room to book more sessions if needed.

​We would set up a coaching sessions every two weeks. The two weeks gap usually poses enough time to ‘digest’ the previous session and to reflect on the new awareness that was created.

Do you think coaching via Zoom is as effective as in person?

Yes, I truly believe online coaching is as effective as in person coaching and it provides a certain convenience. Being able to have your session in the comfort and privacy of your home or as a break from work in your office can be 
It will also strongly depend on the coachee-coach connection.
