My path to RDCoaching wasn’t exactly a straight line. It was more of a scenic detour through some global corporate offices & international study halls. After a decade, I began to see a pattern: brilliant leaders were successfully climbing ladders, only to realize they were leaning against the wrong wall entirely.
I reached my own inflection point when I realized that 'success' without personal alignment is just a really polished recipe for silent burnout. This insight transformed my focus from corporate strategy to the deeper, much more soulful work of (self-)leadership & identity. RDCoaching was born to support the 'Whole Leader' - the individual who wants massive impact without losing their soul (or their spark) along the way.
